A Green Way to Give Back
The TLC Fore Reading Pa Caddie Mentor Program provides a unique approach to mentoring and community engagement. We encourage new opportunities, new experiences, and a way to open new doors to kids of all backgrounds, gender, and race. The Caddie Mentor Program provides learning and an opportunity to earn money to youth, while also giving the community a forum to give back on the green. Our goal is to make a "hole" difference.
Program Specifics
- Join our Caddie Mentor Program and be exposed to the opportunity of a lifetime.
Program Specifics
- Join our Caddie Mentor Program and be exposed to the opportunity of a lifetime.
- We will take the caddie to an actual golf course and introduce golf and its inherent values
- We walk the course in a one-to-one setting. One caddie is assigned to one mentor/golfer
- The mentor will play the game of golf, while the caddie will learn to perform his/her duties, assist the golfer and learn about the game.
- Mentoring will take place while the game is in play, a well as before and after the round. The caddie will be compensated upon completion of the game.
- Snacks, refreshments, food and drinks will be provided to each caddie.

There are many opportunities to share your time and talents.
- Volunteer as a mentor and golfer; spend one-to-one time giving back to a deserving youth in the community.
- Donate your time at one of our many events to help with set up, break down, and community action and education
- Provide feedback and develop your skill set by sitting on our advisory board.
